“On a recent trip to Bali, I had such an amazing and truly unforgettable time.
Without stating the obvious, Bali was surprisingly a marvelous food destination.
My friends and I, we had food like deep fried crispy duck, cracking suckling pig, enormous Italian pizzas and of course Nasi Padang was so good!
The 2 hour water rafting in Bali certainly help wash down some calories!
Along with the thrilling plunges while rowing in the rafts, we actually swam in the streams tackling the currents. The highlight of my trip being able to go into the villages and witness the warm hospitality of welcoming villagers who allow you in their houses and observe their daily living. Certainly, I have to mention my first bungee experience that got me hooked on! I’m looking forward to more jumps! I am very grateful to Arkhipelagos in arranging our tour in Bali. The clear waters and beautiful corals were simply breathtaking. And the strong currents makes it a perfect destination for surfers too. During my trip I also got to experience the rich history and culture of this beautiful island, something I never knew about before my trip. The cultural shows are truely eye openers. Bali has really delicious local cuisines as well. Based on my first maiden trip to Indonesia with the group of fun-loving, energetic, sporty, adventurous group of friends, I just LOVED the entire whole trip. =) I visit Bali where the Balinese lifestyle over there is entirely different from the busy, hectic lifestyle compared to Singapore!! Me and my fiancée went to Bali – Indonesia for a short holiday cum pre-wedding photo shoot in June 2010. First of all, the service provided by Arkhipelagos team was extremely good. They helped us to customize our itinerary based on the activities that we chose, according to our budget. It was very flexible as well, as we had some last-minute changes, but the team was able to tweak the itinerary to suit our needs. Arkhipelagos team was there with us almost all the time to help us to communicate with the locals and bargain for cheaper prices. We were recommended and brought to many nice food places that most tourists (except Balinese locals) would never find out about. As we were doing a pre-wedding shoot, the team helped to recommend plenty of locations by providing photos and a description of other possible locations based on our travelling distance. Arkhipelagos team also helped to communicate with the wedding photographers to tie down the little details like pick-up point, drop-off point, lunch, etc. We did not have to worry about anything, as the entire holiday was very well planned. Kudos to Arkhipelagos, and we highly recommend them for anyone considering a trip to Indonesia!

I thought it will be a pretty good idea to expect for Scuba Dive trip in Indonesia and how awesome it was going to be. I just got back from Jakarta and I can honestly say it was the best trip of my life I had so far. I am not trying to sound too cliche, but going to Bali with Arkhipelagos has been one of the best experiences of my life. There is no a single regret that I have about asked an operator to arrange my trip – except I was throw out during snorkeling as the wave shake me to the fullest.
